The Get One Now Program is a great way to keep the Air Force Reserve strong. You recommend people with whom you wish to serve, and that creates continuity and consistency. When your referrals turn into accessions, you become eligible for an award, and you receive a postcard making you aware of this. You'll be able to select your awards on this website by logging in to your account. Just make your choice, and the shipment will reach you within approximately ten business days.

All members of the Air Force Reserve are automatically signed up with a Get One Now account and are sent a membership card with their Get One Now login information. New reservists receive their cards within approximately one month of joining the Air Force Reserve. By logging in to this website you can enter a referral - the name and contact information for someone who you believe would make a good member of the Air Force Reserve. You can also check on the status of your referrals and see if any have joined. You can select your awards if you have been notified that a referral has turned into an accession. You can also manage and update your personal account information.

Remember, you may submit as many referrals as you wish. However, the person you refer must join the Air Force Reserve within 24 months of your recommendation for you to qualify for a Get One Now award. Accessions resulting from referrals are counted within the Air Force Reserve fiscal year, from 1 October through 30 September.
